Terms that matter when you book
- Payment must reach MIE before the course starts, unless your company has a credit facility with MIE (their term 1.1).
- Public classes: no charge if you cancel or postpone 9 or more days before the start. On-site training: 11 or more days. Veeam courses: 16 or more days. After that a 100% fee applies (their terms 2.2, 2.3 and 2.5). Read them in full on the terms page.
- MIE offers volume discounts and tailored packages. No percentage is published, so none is shown here: the team quotes it.
How we worked this out
Course codes, exam codes, days, prices and dates are from MIE's published course schedule (September 2026 to February 2027, version 4, PDF last changed 22 September 2026), read on 14 October 2026. Prices are MIE's list prices and exclude VAT.
Each line is the price for one person multiplied by the number of people. The plan total is the sum of the lines. VAT is shown as a separate line at the standard rate of 15% (SARS, Other Taxes, page dated 25 February 2026).
On-site training is offered for 8 or more delegates (MIE's FAQ). Courses marked "on request" run once 8 people are booked (12 for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations). The dates are start dates: MIE confirms your seats, any volume discount and the final quote.
